What's Up?

The ceiling is always up,
and the lights and wiring too,
If it comes down, I'll be sure to let you know.
I'll say "Oh! The school's fallen down!
Now where do they want us to go?
The sky is still up,
but the ceiling is now down,
Oh, gosh, what if Chicken Little comes
to tell us the sky is falling on the town?
Wouldn't that be blue?
Nothing is up,
everything is down,
but the world's a circle,
so down may be up,
and up may be down.
Maybe some will stand on their heads,
and claim the new up to be the ground,
And the rest will be amazed.
Me? What will I do?
I'll just go sideways.
